    • Row & Play (Ages 6-12, Tuesdays & Thursdays 4.30pm)
    • Row & Get healthier (Recreational rowing, Mondays 4.30pm)
    • Row and Get fit (Four times a week, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Friday 6.00pm)
    • Row and Perform (Designed with athletes in mind, Four times a week, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Friday 5.15pm)
  • Designed to be stand-alone programs, or as an induction to our on-water rowing which will commence shortly.
  • ALL programs are equally suited for abled-body and para athletes; female and male.
  • Tailor made for YOU and YOUR needs and aspirations. Do as many sessions as you wish from your chosen programme.

The programs:

Row & Play

A twice a week low-medium intensity program aimed at the younger generation. Targeted at 6-12 year olds. Held every Tuesday/Thursday, 4.30pm. Row & Get fit

A more comprehensive program based on four sessions a week of medium-high intensity rowing-based training aimed at getting you fitter. Sessions held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 6pm. You may join as many sessions as you want, depending on your availability and training needs. Recommended donation: €100 for existing or new members – no additional registration fees apply.. Row & Get healthy

A once a week low-intensity program suitable for everyone, all abilities and ages. Sessions every Monday, 4.30pm. No better way to try rowing for the first time if you intend to be part of a community. Recommended donation: €30 for existing or new members – no additional registration fees apply. Row & Perform

Our high intensity training program designed with rowers and athletes. Based on four sessions a week aimed at individuals already doing sport who wish to join a six week intensive rowing-based strength and conditioning program. Sessions held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 6pm. You may join as many sessions as you want, depending on your availability, training needs and aspirations. This program is also suitable for individuals who intend to start competitive rowing. Recommended donation: €100 for existing or new members – no additional registration fees apply.
