A twice a week (Tuesday, Thursday, 4.30pm) low-medium intensity program aimed at the younger generation, target ages 6-12. No better way for a child to get more active or start a new sport. - Warm-up: Begin with a dynamic warm-up routine, including activities like jogging, skipping, or jumping jacks, to increase heart rate and warm up the muscles.
- Physical games: Engage in various games or activities that incorporate physical movements, agility, and coordination. These games could involve running, jumping, or team-based activities to enhance overall fitness and motor skills.
- Rowing exercises: Practice rowing movements to develop technique and familiarity with rowing movements. This will include simulated rowing on a rowing machine.
- Stretching: End the session with static stretching exercises to cool down the body and promote muscle recovery.
