Content:
- Warm-up: Start the session with a dynamic warm-up routine to prepare the body for exercise. This may include light jogging, dynamic stretches, and mobility exercises.
- Rowing steps exercises: Learn and practice the fundamental rowing movements to develop proper technique.
- Core and posture exercises: Focus on strengthening the core muscles, such as the abdominal and back muscles, to improve stability and maintain proper posture during rowing movements. Exercises like planks, Russian twists, or back extensions can be included.
- Stretching: Finish the session with static stretches targeting major muscle groups used during rowing. This helps to improve flexibility and prevent muscle tightness or imbalances.
