These documents are to be filled by person (hereinafter referred to as the “Regatta Rower”, with the consent of his/her parents and/or guardians in the case of a minor under 18 years of age, who is registering as a Regatta Rower with Siġġiewi Rowing Club until he/she reaches the age of 25 (in the case of a person under 25 years of age on the date of signing), or for a period of 3 years from the date of signing (in the case of individuals over 25 years of age on the date of signing).
